As the convention's schedule unfolded, I found myself in the presence of Star Trek royalty – Jonathan Frakes, the man who brought Commander William Riker to life. The anticipation was palpable as he took the stage to share his insights on directing Star Trek episodes and his experiences behind the camera. His anecdotes about the creative process and his interactions with the cast provided a unique glimpse into the world of Star Trek production.
